Event: 2026 Halifax Aging Your Way: A Home, Health & Wellness Expo

Location: Cedar Event Centre, 111 Clayton Park Drive

Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026

Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM

Vendor Set Up: 7 AM - 8:30 AM

10 x 10 Booth Space: $200.00 plus HST = $228.00

Liability Waiver and Release

By attending or participating in the Seniors Wellness Expo hosted by Remember When HealthCare (RWHC), I understand and agree to the following:

I am participating voluntarily and assume all risks related to my participation in any activities, demonstrations, or services at the event.

I release RWHC, its staff, volunteers, vendors, and partners from any liability for injuries, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation.

I am responsible for complying with any legal or licensing requirements related to the promotion or sale of my products/services.

I understand that RWHC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

I understand that tables are not provided by the event organizer unless you have requested to rent one. I agree to bring any necessary equipment or display materials for my booth.

I agree that my booth will be fully set up by 8:30 AM, with access to the space available from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The event begins promptly at 9:00 AM.

I agree to stay until at my booth the end of the expo. Packing up and leaving before the end time is strictly prohibited.

An invoice will be sent to the email address provided. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there! Please note if you wish to submit an application to provide a stage performance or presentation, you will need to fill out the Stage Presentation Application.
