Sam is one of the Care Schedulers at RWHC. Sam is responsible for initiating and coordinating client and employee schedules, ensuring exceptional caregiver services and offering continuous support and guidance to our caregiving team.
Hi, I’m Sam. I grew up in Halifax and now live in Middle Sackville. After graduating from St. Mary’s University, I wanted to find a role where I could combine my organizational skills with my interest in helping people. That’s what led me to Remember When HealthCare.
In my role as Care Scheduler, I focus on making sure care is dependable and consistent. That means matching the right employees with clients, organizing daily schedules, and solving problems quickly if things change. I also handle booking in-home foot care appointments and foot clinic appointments, which I know are a big part of maintaining health and independence for many of our clients.
What I love most about this job is being a steady support for families. I know that care scheduling can sometimes feel stressful, but I try to bring a calm, reliable presence so clients and their loved ones feel at ease.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, movies, and spending time with friends.
