Steph Redden
Steph is the Care Manager at Remember When HealthCare. Steph's role includes managing client relations, developing and delivering caregiver education, and ensuring the provision of exceptional home support services.
I was born and raised in Dartmouth, but spent some time living in Ontario while completing my practical nursing diploma at Algonquin College in 2011. Since then, my professional journey as a nurse has primarily focused on geriatrics and community health. My heart lies in working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, which fueled my decision to transition from long-term care to community-based support. In this role, I find fulfillment in directly engaging with clients while also pursuing my passion for ongoing education. My goal is to empower our caregivers with the knowledge and expertise required to provide exceptional care according to best practice standards, thereby ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their families. When I am not working I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with my family and friends.
