This is a new service at Remember When HealthCare, and we are looking for nurses to provide nursing care in client homes and complete new client assessments. We offer casual employment opportunities based on client needs, with the potential to grow as this service expands. Based on your availability, we will schedule clients accordingly. We ask that you have a minimum of1-2 available days per week.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Providing information to clients and their families regarding the company
Completing in-home assessments for clients wishing to begin homecare and/or private nursing services
Providing education to caregivers and completing audits as needed in client homes and/or care facilities
Conducting initial and follow-up health assessments
Administering medications and managing treatments as prescribed
Catheter care
Wound care
Vital sign and blood glucose monitoring
Educating clients, caregivers and families on health management, medication, and care plans
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with office staff
Collaborating with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Essential Qualifications:
LPN designation and active licensure in Nova Scotia
Reliable vehicle required
Must have clear Criminal Background Check & Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire
CPR/BLS
Salary: 33-40$ hourly
Job Types: Casual employment based on your availability and client needs with the potential of leading to part-time and/or full-time.
